Ammu D. Kowolik, LMSW, MPA

Chief of Staff

Ammu Kowolik is Chief of Staff at the McSilver Institute and works closely with the executive team to oversee the overall operations of the institute, including grants and fiscal administration. Kowolik also oversees the institute’s educational program where she is responsible for organizing programmatic objectives for the institute’s bachelors and masters level student interns and volunteers.

Prior to joining the McSilver Institute, Kowolik worked with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) in the New York City Chapter for over five years, where she oversaw fundraising and membership development. She received her MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and her executive MPA from the New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
